You'll work within a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical expertise while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact results. You'll also need experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques, as well as some knowledge of financial services.
You will act as a brand ambassador and use your skills in Talent Acquisition to identify, attract and secure the top talent in the market. End-to-End Interview Process: Oversee the entire interview process, from initial screening through to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. New Hire Support: Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing questions and ensuring they feel supported and integrated into the team. Role Purpose:
The incumbent of the role will support initiatives for Procurement and Supply Chain teams at Global level as well as communication and deployment across all Lonza sites. Participate in global projects to either implement or enhance systems and processes across the whole Procurement and Supply Chain organizations and ensure full accountability in the overall achievement.
