What you'll be doing

Working within the Technical Reporting and Warranty teams, you will have exposure to the best luxury cars in the world and how data and aftersales influence the customer experience. In this role you will gain invaluable experience and skills through being involved in process implementation and improvements, deepening your knowledge of data analysis, an industrial insight into aftersales, all whilst working alongside and being mentored by industry leading professionals. Your main responsibilities include;

• Implement warranty process improvements and enhance the use of Bentley systems to support the warranty claim checking process
• Enhance the current processes used for "rapid reporting requests" via the creation of standardized templates and reporting techniques
• Development of dashboards from conception to implementation using programs such as Tableau or Excel
• Work with the technical information teams to align warranty system controls with repair procedures

About the Function

The Technical Reporting and Warranty Industrial Placement sits within Bentley Aftersales operations and technical department which provides dealers with technical support and information to care for customers and maintain their vehicles. The main aim and responsibility is to improve and enhance the Bentley Warranty system and its capabilities and tools.

Education: The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Business or other Technical degrees. Modules in Data Analytics or Mathematics preferred.
