You will play a crucial role in developing and deploying scalable ML solutions, ensuring models built by data scientists transition smoothly into production, delivering real value and performance. Self-starter, confident in leading initiatives and engaging with the ML Ops community. Develop and maintain scalable tools for ML training, deployment, and inference. • Define and own data dashboards used to manage the daily operation
• Reliably deliver and continuously review all reporting to ensure we can reliably & accurately track and improve the operation and provide (internal) customer with insights that exceed service expectations - ultimately assuring our delivery of the MTP
• Lead a detailed evaluation (consulting with other experts where appropriate) of the existing requirements, capability, model, risks and opportunities and develop a robust strategy, model, organisation and plan to deliver that strategy and implement appropriate processes, architecture and contracts to meet the key objective of data excellence. You'll be a a strong communicator and presenter with the proven ability to work independently, as a team member and in a leadership role, demonstrating organisational, multi-tasking and time management skills, combined with coaching and leadership capabilities.

Do you have a knack for designing and analyzing experiments that assess the impact of CO2 on vegetation and regional climate? Develop models incorporating new scientific components from the wider project to improve accuracy and predictive capability. Extensive knowledge and ability to run climate models, preferably UM-based setups including UKESM. Collaborate with a team of leading scientists and researchers.
