What you'll be doing
Working within the Technical Reporting and Warranty teams, you will have exposure to the best luxury cars in the world and how data and aftersales influence the customer experience. The main aim and responsibility is to improve and enhance the Bentley Warranty system and its capabilities and tools. The successful applicant will bring fresh data solutions and ideas for the variety of client projects, covering the way the data is collected, stored, applied and presented. This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing unit and to play a key role in its development and growth. Work with the data team to determine the best data infrastructure to maximise analysis. Commercially strong and particularly in story-telling skills to key stakeholders and clients. Technically self-sufficient with a desire and ability to research and pick up new tools and techniques quickly. Experience in managing a small data team and mentoring.

Responsibilities:
• Collect, process, and analyze large and complex data sets from various sources
• Identify trends and patterns in the data that can help the company make informed business decisions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that can be used by different teams across the organization
• Collaborate with other members of the team to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to address them
• Work with stakeholders to decide how best to integrate data from various sources and ensure data accuracy
• Communicate findings and insights to different stakeholders in the organization through presentations and reports
• Continuously monitor and evaluate data performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, data science, statistics, or mathematics
• Some experience working as a data analyst, product analyst or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large and complex data sets
• Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and other data analysis tools
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Power BI or similar
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
• Experience with ETL Tools and techniques
• Knowledge of data quality concepts and techniques

· Maintaining and improving scripts and backend data using DataBricks and SQL to automate Onyx Research team's publications
· Participating in development projects related to new publications and data repositories as the Research team's output grows
· Participating in developing new quantitative analysis projects for the Research Team and Quantitative Traders
Requirements
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, mathematics, physics, or engineering
· The candidate must possess strong coding skills in Python and have knowledge of SQL.
