You'll work within a team of data scientists and engineers, providing technical expertise while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact results. You'll also need experience with statistical modelling and machine learning techniques, as well as some knowledge of financial services.
You will act as a brand ambassador and use your skills in Talent Acquisition to identify, attract and secure the top talent in the market. End-to-End Interview Process: Oversee the entire interview process, from initial screening through to the offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers. New Hire Support: Act as a point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period, addressing questions and ensuring they feel supported and integrated into the team. Health and Wellbeing Allowance: £1,250 allowance per year to be used for any food and non-alcoholic beverages during business hours, healthcare, gym memberships, sporting goods and accessories, and any wellness appointments.
