The Role Our Technology Data Services team are looking to welcome a Junior Developer to the team, this fantastic opportunity is perfect for those with a strong passion and desire to break into a technology role and learn to develop, test and support data and automation solutions. This role is a CUK10 and is offered on a full time, permanent basis, with hybrid working in our Southampton office, including up to two days from home. In addition, the role holder will be expected to actively seek and implement best practice into onboarding processes to ensure the Client Onboarding Centre of Excellence adopts a continuous improvement mindset. Work with the Onboarding Centre of Excellence team to ensure the optimal system set-up of all new clients / entities / structures across FIA, Yardi and Viewpoint so that clients can benefit from full system functionality. Market awareness and knowledge of the jurisdictions, products and services of Aztec. Completion of project management / continuous improvement qualifications on a case-by-case basis as part of the individual's progession plan. You will need to be quick to learn new systems and great with people, as we value close working relationships with colleagues, clients and business contacts.
