WHAT TO EXPECT The MP&L Data Integrity department plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and alignment of inventory across Solihull by managing the reconciliation processes and overseeing a team of counters to maintain data accuracy. • Coordinate the timing and integration of part number changes into CMMS3 and ECCS, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity. • Ability to interpret and utilize logistics and supply chain knowledge to support decision-making.
You'll collaborate with a team of expert technicians and problem-solvers and use cutting-edge tools, facilities, and processes engineered together to build era-defining vehicles that people across the world know and love. You will lead a team responsible for conducting perpetual inventory counts and ensuring alignment with system data, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining the overall integrity of the system. • Manage Bailment stock accuracy with Leadec and through CMMS • Support MP&L projects for improvements and change WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Understanding of Inventory practices • Be computer literate and proficient in all relevant business systems (CMMS) • Communicate well at all levels both verbally and in writing establishing good working relationships.
The key to success in this role is to support in the implementation & testing of solutions (in Anaplan and SAP Analytics Cloud), to have attention to detail, be highly organised, able to work under pressure, communicate effectively and to be a strong team player.
