We are hiring for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our EMEA Team. The Data Analyst, Product Lifecycle EMEA is primarily responsible for coordinating the content of our product offerings (Optimised BOM - Bill of Materials) throughout EMEA. This role involves working with stakeholders across the region to improve efficiency and ensure accurate Product Configurations in a regulated environment.

The Data Analyst, Product Lifecycle EMEA role has a regional scope of responsibilities as it involves working with stakeholders throughout the EMEA region. The responsibilities are primarily functional which focus on improving efficiency. This is a full time permanent opportunity.

Accountabilities

  • Oversee the collection, creation, and maintenance of optimized BOM (Bill of Materials) content across various countries, ensuring compliance with local regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial requirements.

  • Lead the UAT Testing conducted by Customer Service Teams for new Optimized BOMs, ensuring thorough validation and seamless integration.

  • Develop and maintain essential reporting and dashboards that are trusted and used by various functions. This task ensures data accuracy and accessibility, providing teams with important insights

  • Support the regional Retirement process by working with EMEA Product Marketing, Planning, Inventory & Logistics Team EMEA, and other stakeholders for a timely and accurate update of the different product configurations

  • Provide comprehensive support for both strategic and operational pricing activities, ensuring that all pricing initiatives are effectively executed.

  • Manage the collection and coordination of all information related to online store content for new product launches. This includes working closely with local markets, regional product managers, and the global digital team to ensure that all necessary information is gathered

Key Incumbent Requirements

  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: ability to work collaboratively with others, building relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders across the business

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analyst role, preferably in logistics, IT or Customer Service . Experience gained working within complex European/EMEA matrix organizations.

  • Time Management and Multitasking: Ability to work to tight deadlines in a team environment while simultaneously managing different projects and handling multiple requests

  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in data visualization tools and techniques, with experience in ERP/MRP systems or equivalent, and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

  • Robust communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to present, facilitate, and negotiate.

  • Analytical and Detail-Oriented: must be detailed, numerate, and an analytical thinker.
