About the team & role
The Linguistic Intelligence team is responsible for undertaking language-related data annotation projects to support infrastructure model development to empower international products, specialising in multilingual and multimodal development such as multi-language recognition, cross-language understanding, cross-modal translation and multimodal learning.

As a Project Specialist in the Linguistic Intelligence team, you will be the project owner driving end to end project management (from requirement gathering to project closure) related to large-volume data annotation. You will be working closely with cross functional and global stakeholders to drive the success of data annotation services for all of the company's international products, which can also empower international products to optimize their features and create customer-centric experiences for their users.

Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the full life cycle management of key projects of the AI data service team
2. Able to deliver the project on time with high quality and analyse project delivery and efficiency through quantitative and qualitative analysis.
3. Proactively collaborate with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resources coordination and subsequent works.
4. Deeply understand the implementation of frontline labelling teams and work with the demand side to develop and optimise labelling guidelines and SOPs.
5. Conduct quality management, progress management and risk management by data analysis.
6. Continuously optimise the project process and improve the efficiency of project implementation through combining with business characteristics.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree or above, graduating in 2025 and must be available to start in May 2025 in London.
2. Proficiency ( both written and verbal) in Mandarin and full proficiency in English, and flexibility with work schedules and different time zones.
3. Experience in Project Management (end to end) skills, ability to manage projects as well as excellent coordination, collaborative, and time management ability
4. Good logical thinking and concise communications, particularly practiced in a cross-functional and global role, while results-oriented
5. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, able to deal with rapid changes and navigate through ambiguity
6. Familiar with office software such as Excel, Word, etc.

Preferred qualifications :
1. Relevant internship experience within the Social Media/ Internet/ Technology industry is preferred
2. Relevant study or courses within the fields of machine learning and AI technology is preferred
3. Experienced with project management tools, data processing tools, and other data analysis capabilities is preferred
4. Linguistic background is a plus.
