35 hours per week, 9:30am to 5:30pm but additional hours may be required. We are happy to consider agile and flexible working patterns. Role Overview

Delivering on our commitments to Responsible Business, including sustainability, is one of the firm's five strategic priorities.

The sustainability data assistant will provide support to the Head of Sustainability, Policy and Strategy and the core sustainability team. The role will involve supporting the global sustainability network in the measurement and estimation of greenhouse gas emissions data.

The role will include coordinating the collection of all sustainability information sources/data through liaison with our office administrators and maintenance of accurate data on our sustainability data management platform.

The role will also include the generation and provision of reporting data relating to sustainability. This will be a collaborative role working across different business teams.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Co-ordinating the collection of sustainability information sources/data

  • Data input into the sustainability data management platform to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

  • Coordination and liaison with office administrators in relation to data gathering

  • Generation of reports and requested sustainability data as requested.

Person Specification

Skills And Experience

Essential

  • Academic background and/or work experience in the handling of sustainability data

  • Research experience

  • Proficient in spreadsheet software (Excel), and experience in MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to comfortably work will colleagues across different geographical contexts and time zones

Desired

  • Experience working in professional services

  • Familiarity with corporate sustainability and reporting; the GHG Protocol and emission factors

  • Experience and understanding of real estate and renewable energy sectors

Specific duties or responsibilities may be reviewed from time to time to reflect changes in personnel and management structure, staff location or services.
