Global Master Data Business Analyst
Location - Manchester, UK
Hybrid working 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH

Role Purpose:
As Global Master Data Business Analyst you will support the implementation of a multi-level data program aimed at improving Master Data Quality and Compliance across various domains in Logistics Master Data including Materials Management, Production & Planning master data and Plant Maintenance. This data program involves defining governance, implementing a global data model and data management processes, overseeing the authorization concept, and ensuring the necessary reporting, training, and documentation are in place.
Additionally, the Global Master Data Business Analyst represents the Global Master Data Management team in global projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Support the implementation of a multi-level data program encompassing Governance, Data Model, Data Management Process, Data Quality, Data Security, Reporting, and Data Literacy across multiple domains.
- Represent the Global Master Data Management Team in global projects across various functions, ensuring that standards are consistently implemented.
- Conduct complex analyses and execute efficient data mass changes in SAP ERP.
- Manage escalations and challenges raised by stakeholders, the business, or enabling functions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Translate process requirements from stakeholders into optimized data solutions, aligning with best practices and business needs.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, business information technology or business administration
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong data focus - evident experience within data management, data processes and data alignment
- Production planning background
- Good collaboration skills and an ability to form great working relationships
