As Global Data and Insight Lead you will be involved in delivering data projects across our global markets. The role will focus on supporting the data and analytics capabilities across our digital advice service, V-Hub.

There will also be plenty of opportunities to get involved in supporting the roll-out of our market leading customer data platform, marketing effectiveness capability and Gen AI projects.

You will manage relationships with stakeholders in Vodafone Business and across global markets on behalf of the Global Data Programmes & Strategy team.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain a suite of performance dashboards to communicate various metrics and trends to stakeholders across Vodafone Business.
• Responsible for the data governance and delivery of V-Hub key performance indicators.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure business requirements and processes are fully understood and well-defined in accordance with Agile best practices (Jira, Kanban, Confluence etc)
• Project manage a large data cloud migration with data delivery support from our internal Group Data & Analytics function.
• Use interviews, workshops, documentation reviews, business analysis and business process evaluations to facilitate successful project delivery.
• Work with, and challenge business stakeholders on their assumptions, defining objectives to help influence current solutions and the workstream vision.
• Drive a 'customer first approach' across the organization through sharing of best practice and acting as subject matter expert.

Who you are

• Experienced in joining data sets together to produce well-structured, defendable insights and business recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy) with demonstrable examples of data preparation and modelling.
• Adobe Analytics experience is essential - you must have recent hands-on experience.
• Working experience with SQL/Big Query is a must.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and cloud solutions (GCP, AWS, Azure) a benefit.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, CRM and Lead Generation concepts.
• Capable of operating at all levels of the organization with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong assertiveness, influencing, and communication skills.
• Understanding of business decision-making processes and setting priorities.
• Experience driving and managing projects, ensuring successful project delivery in a dynamic environment.
• Ideally looking for a candidate who has experience delivering data projects in a consultancy or agency environment, or has previous experience in a large matrix organisation.

• Yearly bonus: 10%
