Digital HR Reporting and Data Specialist

Location: Manchester, UK or Basle, Switzerland.

Role Purpose:

As a Digital HR Reporting and Data Specialist you will be supporting the technical implementation of the HR Reporting & Insights Strategy, Providing support for ad-hoc HR data requests and translating business needs into reporting requirements with partners and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of HR reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity to support high-priority projects for senior management and/or the HR community.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Deliver people-related reports and insights to support Lonza's HR Community and enable data-driven decision-making across the whole organization
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ascertain requirements and reporting needs
  • Build, maintain and decommission Workday custom reports and other HR reporting solutions
  • Perform and deliver ad-hoc data analysis, organizing the aggregation of large amounts of data
  • Researching primary data sources, selecting relevant information, analyzing key themes/trends and making recommendations to support the business
  • Presenting, explaining and discussing results of analysis and trends concisely and effectively
  • Supporting the development of new HR reporting offerings, content creation, value propositions and technology approach
  • Providing HR reporting advisory services within the HR organization

Key Requirements:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge of HR data
  • Preferable knowledge of Workday and Case Management Tool (ServiceNow)
  • Ability to generate data-driven insights
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously
  • Service-oriented working style and attitude
  • Must have strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven logic and decision-making abilities, critical thinking skills
  • High level of proficiency with Office 365 suite
