What you'll do
As Data Services & Analytics Specialist you will play a key role in enabling the implementation of the new operating model supporting the deployment and executing our data automation strategy to delivery meaningful, actionable insights. The focus will be to develop solutions together in an agile team of data engineers, software developers and system specialists, working in an Agile framework.

  • You will build and manage databased to allow independent reporting. Whilst providing technical direction on design considerations for performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime.
  • You will support simplifications, harmonisations and automated report generation, enabling relevant tool implementations as part of Agile team in Agile SAFE methodology.
  • You will proactively analyse available data to find relevant patterns to prevent potential incidents and avoid adverse customer experience and revenue loss.
  • You will participate in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects.
  • You will take ownership for all assigned tasks/projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes.


Who you are

  • You will demonstrate a range of technical experience and competencies working with statistics, machine learning, coding languages, database management and reporting technologies.
  • You will have good numerical and analytical skills accompanies with the ability to translate data into clear, concise stories up to executive level, both internally and externally.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidence and professionalism with a clear can-do mentality.
  • You will ideally have knowledge in Excel, SQL, PowerBI, Qlik Sense, Business Objects (Boxi) or NiFi.
