The Company is seeking to hire a Sales Executive to spearhead the launch of a 4th product focused on data benchmarking. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a technical mindset, SaaS knowledge, creativity and ideally some experience of delivering a new technical product to market. The successful candidate will be stepping into an impactful role in a close-knit and dynamic work environment, and will have the opportunity to learn about the existing product suite whilst partnering with the Product & Development teams to shape the launch of the new data-driven product. You will work alongside Sales Representatives to determine target lists, tailor strategic presentations and deliver high-quality pitches which craft the narrative that engages and connects the Commcise mission with the solution and the prospect's pain points.

Key Accountabilities

  • Communicate and articulate technical concepts and methodologies to non-technical and technical individuals. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and external clients.

  • Drive implementation and launch of new data-driven product, coordinating marketing strategy, determining target clients and collaborating with other members of the sales teams to generate leads.

  • Interact with external stakeholders at all levels including C-level contacts.

  • Self-generate leads, qualify, and close, often complex deals of 6 figures or more.

  • Nurture and qualify both inbound / outbound leads to be guided through the sales funnel with technical expertise and product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with sales and product specialists to advance prospects from qualification to closing.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their pain points and objectives to tailor solutions that meet their needs.

  • Structure and conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software, effectively communicating their benefits and addressing the specific needs of the client.

  • Work directly alongside CEO, Global Head of Sales and Regional Heads of Sales

  • Learn the Commcise software platform and the investment management research requirements from mentoring and training resources.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Essential:

  • Technical mindset, capable of articulating technical concepts and methodologies to both technical and non-technical individuals.

  • Experience working with large datasets to draw insightful analysis and conclusions that can be utilized by institutional clients.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and external clients.

  • Confidence and/or experience interacting with external stakeholders at all levels including C-level contacts.

  • Experience describing and demonstrating the structure, characteristics, and behavior of software.

  • Demonstrable experience in self-generated leads, qualifying, and closing, often on complex deals of 6 figures or more.

  • Resourceful, well organized and disciplined.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Comfortable working in a team environment partnering to close deals.

  • Excellent PowerPoint skills and demonstratable experience putting together strategic, aesthetically pleasing and demonstrative slide decks.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Well-developed writing skills.

  • Resourceful, independent and self-motivated.

Desirable:

  • Experience working

  • 2-4 years of SaaS sales experience.

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree from an accredited university.

  • Experience working within the financial services or fintech sector is desirable.

  • Sales experience in the financial services sector, with expertise in banking, asset management, or financial markets infrastructure.
