Job Description

The Data Products Operations Manager will report to the Head of Data Products (European Region) and will assist in the smooth running of the Data Products operations, sales implementation & clients on-boarding, maintenance of accurate records and billing, revenue collection and production of performance reports.

What we expect of you, day to day.

The Data Products Operations Manager will support the Data Products and VCA (Visa Consulting & Analytics) teams across Europe by providing advice on company policy and Data Products practices, executing activities and maintaining processes that allow the business to run effectively and efficiently, analyze project data to produce performance reports and suggesting and implementing process improvements.


Key Accountabilities:

The role reports to the Head of Data Products (European Region) and will work together with the Data Products & VCA Team to maintain activities and processes that allow the business to run effectively and efficiently by focusing on the following:

  • Manage the development, alignment, improvement and maintenance of Data Products procedure guides, internal tools and templates with European and Global stakeholders

  • Manage Data Product records on Project Platforms and drive reconciliations

  • Progress Data Products contracts and billing through the operational process cycle

  • Manage sales leads monitoring, on-boarding demands and ensure process effectiveness

  • Manage and maintain Document Repository and its functionality

  • Support communications to regional teams on processes, policies and procedures including providing second line advice and support for process queries

  • Drive and implement new resolutions and improvements on Operational processes

  • Measure financial performance by monitoring KPIs, provide data analysis and reporting on revenue pipeline and status

  • Support the creation and roll out of a new Data Products performance dashboard

  • Manage development of training content, identify and track training requirements to the team and support training delivery

  • Organizing meetings and webinars, tracking attendance, managing meeting minutes and feedback

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Qualifications

What we're after…


• Degree educated or equivalent professional experience
• Proficient use of PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Past operations management experience gained ideally in Financial Services or Consulting
• Highly organised, methodical approach to managing varied and high volume of tasks with a track record of working effectively under tight timelines
• A quick learner with strong analytical skills who proactively looks for ways to improve efficiency
• Results driven with high attention to detail
• Curiosity, decision making, and strong problem-solving skills
• Strong project management skills to organise activities, resources, and initiatives
• Good presentation and stakeholder communication skills (written and verbal)
• Business/Process improvement/reengineering past experience preferred
• Global or multi-national business experience is a plus
